Omschrijving

To extend our team in Enschede, Service2Media is currently looking for a junior system administrator to monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks.

Responsibilities:

-          Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks

-          Install and configure new office computers and other IT equipment

-          Troubleshooting office system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults

-          Setting up new users’ accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues

-          1st and 2nd line IT support for internal and external workstations, talking clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone

-          Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time

-          Perform regular updates of servers

 

 

 

Required Qualifications:

-          Speaks and writes English and Dutch fluently

-          You have at least a college degree in system management (MBO ICT Beheer)

-          Good knowledge of Microsoft and Mac OS

-          Experience with system management, network maintenance and support

-          Good knowledge of firewalls, VPN,  e-mail, Microsoft office, printers, exchange server, backups
